This is no such thing as a perfect cover letter. There are many variations of it, but mostly they follow certain guidelines and a format that we discussed in class today. It is up to you to personalize and adapt your cover letter to the job that you are applying for. This will forever be a ongoing document, as it can never truly be complete. With each specific job we are applying for, we should ideally be changing/updating our cover letter to match the job requirements with our existing qualifications.
I suggest looking at as many samples as possible to get used to the type of language that is used.
